Intech customers can download third-party software that allows us to remotely connect to their computer in order to provide services (link). This occurs only at a customer’s request, for a one-time occurrence and subject to the terms of a separate written agreement with Intech or our Master Services Agreement.

User Communications
If you communicate with Intech through this Site, your communications are not confidential. All content, logos, trademarks, and Materials on the Site are the intellectual property of Intech or other vendors. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Intech be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages from lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of the use, inability to use, or results of use of this Site, any websites linked to this Site, or the materials contained at any such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. These Terms are governed and construed by the substantive law of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its choice of law rules that might lead to the application of the law of another jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of or access to this Site, you agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the First Circuit, City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii, for any enforcement action or injunctive relief, and you waive all objections to venue there. Intech's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in that provision, and the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect. Unless you have a signed written agreement with Intech, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Intech and supersede any prior written or oral agreements.
